District heating plant in Vahrn-Neustift / Varna-Novacella– Network planning

Feasibility study for the construction of a biomass thermal power plant in Vahrn and Neustift, with the compilation of detailed data on households. Public relations work and consulting for potential customers in all questions concerning technology and economics. Overall planning of the district heating network operating in concert with the Brixen / Bressanone district heating network. At the same time, the new glass fiber network as well as the renovation of the drinking water network and of the public lighting system in Vahrn was planned. This integrated planning and combined execution of the work not only minimized the annoyance to the inhabitants, but also made it possible significantly reduce total costs. All in all, in the course of several construction phases, more than 34 kilometers of district heating lines for about 300 customers were installed.
