The planned project pertains to the new construction of a hotel with 90 apartments, a restaurant, and an underground garage with 48 parking spaces, and parking lot with 98 parking spaces.
The hotel rooms have their own unique style and feature a modern design.
In the uppermost story, there's a rooftop bar as well as two conference and training rooms for a total of 150 participants.
