This expansion project consists of two below-ground and five above-ground stories; because of the inclined façade, the floor space afforded by each story varies. Chiefly storage rooms, utility rooms, dressing rooms, and parking spaces are located in the two below-ground stories. Mostly class rooms, staff kitchens, and dining rooms are located in the five above-ground stories.

Structural support in steel-reinforced concrete; the structure's envelope is made of double-shelled steel-reinforced concrete walls with cavity insulation. The jointless exposed concrete shell ensures a low-maintenance façade in keeping with the building's expected lifecycle, with low overall lifecycle costs.
