Fire-fighting equipment house, in Mühlbach / Rio Pusteria - Tesselberg
Project description
This project concerning the new fire department building in Mühlbach/Tesselberg was completed as a two-story building. The functional building was built into the incline and is impressively simple in design. „With ist wooden facade it fits in seamlessly with the surrounding village. The straight-forward design of the technical installations likewise reflects the building's functionality, but still offer the users the desired degree of comfort. The installation of a ventilation system, in combination with an efficient building envelope, made it possible to significantly reduce heating energy consumption. The installation of a pellet-fuelled furnace allowed total energy needs to be covered by renewable sources.
