Residential buildings Dörnbergviertel, Regensburg

This construction project includes a single underground story serving as an underground parking garage and – under the rising buildings – as a basement / storage area and utility area. It also includes three above-ground stories. The buildings rise as a group at a distance and have an imprint in the basement and are to be connected via the underground parking garage. Above-ground, the project is divided into seven separate buildings, with very stringent requirements with respect to noise and thermal insulation.
