Villa Eden Luxury Resort, Gardone

The "Villa Eden Luxury Resort" is located in a park filled with olive trees with an area of over 78,000 square meters. The project fits snugly into a landscape typical of this region, with olive tree orchards and cypresses – some of them centuries old. The complex consists of eight buildings and a clubhouse – all with an idyllic view of Lake Garda. Several star architects participated in this project: David Chipperfield, Richard Meier, and Matteo Thun are famous for their internationally acclaimed work, and ensured a special quality and exclusivity. The clubhouse designed by Matteo Thun stands in the center of the ensemble. We acted as the general contracting planner. It was thus our job to ensure that the very highest demands were met, both with respect to detail work and the implementation of individual customer wishes.
